Have you ever put up with something for years and then found out there was a solution to get rid of the pesky things? That’s right, I said pesky! For almost 2 years we put up with a different variety of bugs in our house. I knew we needed to call someone to exterminate, but continually put it off. 
One day, I crouched down in the kitchen to pick something up and saw a spider. The Lord spoke to my heart and said, “how long are you going to put up with bugs in your house”. Right? What a revelation! So I called someone to come out and of course noticed an immediate difference. Either the bugs vacated my house, or they died. How often do we “put up” with things tormenting or hanging out in and around our lives and do nothing about it? All it took was one phone call to the right person and the problem was exterminated!
For this purpose was the Son of God manifest, that he might destroy the works of the devil! 1 John 3:8
Jesus came to destroy the work of the devil and never intended for us to “put up” with anything less than covenant living according to the Word of God. In fact, he said in Luke 10:19 that he has given us power to tread upon serpents, scorpions, and all the power of the enemy. This scripture literally changed my life over 30 years ago. How cool is that? We have AUTHORITY in the NAME of the “Great Exterminator”, JESUS, to deal with every oppressing, aggravating, hindering, defeating enemy of our lives such as sickness, lack, broken relationships and strife! If you’ve been putting it off, CALL ON JESUS TODAY and take the authority He’s given you to exterminate every pest from your life so you can enjoy life and that more abundantly! (John 10:10)
